c. In the event of duplicated payments or similar discrepancies, SCAC will facilitate the appropriate resolution, which may include crediting the duplicate amount to the student's account for future use within SCAC.

Enrollment and Course Access:

a. Enrollment in SCAC signifies acceptance of the terms outlined herein.

b. Upon enrollment, students will gain access to the pre-recorded courses available on our online platform for the duration specified in their enrollment package.

Intellectual Property:

a. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of SCAC.

b. Students are granted access to these materials solely for the purpose of personal education and may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them for commercial purposes without explicit permission from SCAC.

Code of Conduct:

a. Students are expected to adhere to a code of conduct conducive to a positive learning environment.

b. Any behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, or in violation of SCAC's policies may result in the termination of access to courses without refund.

Privacy and Data Protection:

a. SCAC respects the privacy of its students and is committed to protecting their personal information.

b. By enrolling in SCAC, students consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data in accordance with SCAC's Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms:
