The Online Bachelor of International Relations (BIR) at Scandinavian Advanced College (SCAC) is designed for individuals passionate about diplomacy, global governance, and cross-cultural understanding. Special Scholarship Opportunity – Limited to 400 Students per Intake

We proudly offer 10 full scholarships and 400 partial scholarships each intake.

Instead of paying the full tuition fee of €6,000 per year, partial scholarship recipients pay only €1,000 per year.
Full scholarship students cover only tax fees of €295 per year.
