Job Title: Student Enrollment Sales Executive (Remote – Full Time)
Role Overview
This is a target-driven sales role focused on generating and closing student enrollments.
Your primary responsibility is to identify prospective students, follow up consistently, handle objections, and convert qualified leads into enrolled students.
This is not an administrative position. It is a performance-based role with clear enrollment targets and commission incentives.
If you are confident in your ability to persuade, follow up, and close high-value enrollments, this role offers strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and contact prospective students through WhatsApp, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, phone, referrals, and social networks

Build and maintain a pipeline of interested candidates

Actively seek new outreach opportunities
Student Consultation & Closing

Clearly explain SCAC programs, structure, and benefits

Address objections and guide students toward enrollment decisions

Follow up consistently until decision is made

Convert qualified prospects into enrolled students
Performance & Accountability

Maintain accurate weekly tracking of leads and enrollments

Meet agreed enrollment targets

Participate in monthly performance reviews
Commission is paid only after tuition payment is received.
Performance Expectations
Minimum expectation:

At least 6 enrolled students per month
Target performance:
-
8–12 enrolled students per month
High performers will earn significantly more through commission.
Required Qualifications

Strong persuasion and communication skills

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Confident handling objections and asking for commitment

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Gmail, and Google Sheets

Reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales (education, insurance, telecom, real estate, or similar)

Experience working on commission-based roles

Strong local network or community connections
Work Details & Compensation

Type: Full-time, Remote
-
Base Salary: 500,000 Rwandan Francs per month
-
Commission: 10% per enrolled student
(Approximately 340,000 RWF per student based on tuition of 3,400,000 RWF)
This structure provides stability plus strong earning potential for high performers.
