Graduation
As your graduation date approaches and you've completed most of your courses at Scandinavian Advanced College, here's a checklist to ensure everything is in order: (explained in 6 steps).
1.Thesis topic & acceptance
Send topic proposals below:
- Thesis Topic Acceptance: Confirm whether a professor has accepted your chosen topic.
- Thesis Completion.
Before your thesis Completion: Ensure your thesis meets the requirements:
- Bachelor's students: Minimum 60 pages
- Master's students: Minimum 120 pages
- PhD candidates: Minimum 300 pages
- Page Count: Excludes citation page
- Citations: Footnotes or placed at the end of the thesis
- Font Size: 12
- Font: Arial
2.Thesis and presentation formats
Download these documents for Scandinavian Advanced College's related projects, such as writing theses and preparing presentations for your activities at Scandinavian Advanced College.
3.Thesis and presentation submission deadline
Submit your thesis and presentation at least 3 months before the graduation date to avoid fines for delays.
4. Graduation Dates
Graduation ceremonies occur on the following dates:
- 08/02 of each year
- 12/07 of each year
5. Payment for Graduation Ceremony
- For online graduation: Click "Pay for Online Graduation" at a cost of 132 euros.
- For face-to-face graduation in Denmark: Click "Pay for Face-to-Face Graduation" at a cost of 2500 euros, which includes accommodation, food, and visa assurance for three days.
6. Joining the Ceremony
On your graduation day, click "Join Graduation Ceremony Online" to participate in the ceremony.
